Unagi Roll Sushi

Unagi Roll Sushi Recipe

I feel about the Unagi Roll Sushi Recipe. The first time I tried an unagi roll, I was immediately hooked by the combination of tender grilled eel, seasoned sushi rice, crisp cucumber, and sweet unagi sauce. It was rich, flavorful, and surprisingly approachable even for people who are new to sushi.

Notes

The Unagi Roll Sushi Recipe pairs beautifully with miso soup, edamame, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, and soy sauce. I personally enjoy serving the Unagi Roll Sushi Recipe alongside a fresh cucumber salad because it balances the richness of the eel perfectly.
