Omakase Sauce Recipe

I felt the first time I tried an Omakase Sauce Recipe. The combination of soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and a touch of sweetness creates a versatile sauce that works beautifully with sushi, seafood, grilled meats, rice bowls, and vegetables.

Notes

For the best Omakase Sauce Recipe, use good-quality soy sauce because it forms the foundation of the flavor. Fresh garlic and ginger also make a noticeable difference.
I've found that allowing the sauce to rest for about 30 minutes before serving helps the flavors blend together even better.
